Dave Cohen is a seasoned risk and security professional with over 25 years of experience spanning cyber and physical domains. His work is grounded in behavioural science and the psychology of risk, with a strong focus on building proactive, measurable, and high-performing risk cultures.
Dave is the ANZ Vice President of the Institute of Strategic Risk Management (ISRM) and the Global Chair of the ISRM Cyber Security Special Interest Group.
He is an Axio360 Certified Practitioner in both Cyber Risk Assessment and Cyber Risk Quantification, reflecting his commitment to data-driven, converged risk management practices. Dave holds formal certifications in security risk management, organisational resilience, and high performance, including recognition as a Security Risk Management Certified Professional (SRMCP). He is the Deputy CEO of Risk 2 Solution and the CEO of the Institute of Presilience®—a global thought leadership platform advancing integrated and human-centric approaches to risk and resilience.
