Lisa Parsons has over 20-years’ experience delivering ICT services, across project and program delivery and managed services. Roles have been on both client and commercial sides, with her final private sector role as DXC ANZ’s Industry Delivery Leader for Public Sector Australia & New Zealand.  

She has significant Account and Delivery management expertise having successfully delivered major IT programs with enterprise-wide impact achieving success by aligning with executive and client business drivers, establishing governance and management structures with clear accountabilities, and driving processes that build effective teams, transparent business and operations governance, and focused quality and resource management. 

Ms Parsons left the ICT corporate environment in 2021 and is now contracting to Defence in ICT mission system sustainment.  Defence closes a career circle, as she worked in the National Intelligence Community prior to her move to the private sector.
