Mandy Ho is a Senior Consultant in Technical Consulting at OOBE, a Fujitsu company, where she brings a multidisciplinary background in criminology and cybersecurity to deliver secure, ethical, and impactful digital transformation solutions. With a strong foundation in governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, Mandy is known for her ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies that resonate across business and technical domains. Her career spans roles at KPMG, ACT Health, Telstra, and Apple, reflecting a diverse and dynamic trajectory in both public and private sectors. Mandy holds a Master’s in Information Technology and Systems from the University of Canberra and a Bachelor’s in Criminology from ANU.

Mandy is deeply committed to advancing diversity and inclusion in cybersecurity. She actively volunteers with AWSN (Australian Women in Security Network) and ISACA SheLeadsTech, contributing to mentorship programs and community initiatives that support emerging talent and underrepresented voices in the industry. Her advocacy and leadership have earned her multiple recognitions, including nominations for:

  • Cyber Catalyst Award and Cyber Mentor of the Year at the International Women in Cyber Day – Canberra Awards 2025
  • Best Use of AI in Cybersecurity at the Women in Security Awards 2025

She was also a featured speaker at CyberCon 2024, where she shared insights on ethical AI integration in cybersecurity, supported by AWSN and the Australian Signals Directorate.

Mandy holds several industry certifications, including CISM, CRISC, Certified in Cybersecurity (ISC2), and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, underscoring her technical expertise and commitment to continuous learning.
