From Local Startup to National Partner: Delivering Digital Success Through Authentic Partnership.
Natalie Legg is the CEO and co-founder of a23, a Canberra-based systems integrator trusted by government and enterprise clients across Australia to deliver digital transformation and cybersecurity outcomes. A proud Kamilaroi woman, she brings more than 20 years of experience across ICT, government, small business, and project management, blending technical expertise, entrepreneurial drive, and cultural leadership.
Since co-founding a23 in 2016, Natalie has guided its growth from a local startup into a national partner with offices in Canberra, Sydney, and Brisbane. Inspired by the A23 road route designation for Northbourne and Commonwealth avenues in Canberra, the company’s name symbolises a clear pathway for organisations navigating complex technology journeys. Under her leadership, a23 has built a reputation for telling it like it is, delivering outcomes that matter, and positioning clients for both immediate priorities and future challenges — the essence of a23's "now-and-next" approach.
Trust is at the heart of Natalie’s leadership style and a23’s culture. She has fostered an environment where authentic partnerships, straightforward advice, and consistent delivery define the business. Her passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion reflects both her personal values and her vision for the industry. As one of the few First Nations women leading a major IT services firm, she is committed to creating opportunities, supporting diverse perspectives, and ensuring technology serves people.Beyond business growth, Natalie’s focus is on building lasting relationships and demonstrating that technology only works when people, clients, practitioners, and partners can trust the team behind it. This ethos has established a23 not just as a technology provider, but as a steady hand and a trusted partner in an industry defined by change.
