Pierre Skorich is the lead author of the recently published book Insider Threat: A Systemic Approach. He has extensive experience across many corporate and policy domains including fraud control and anti-corruption, risk management, national security, intelligence, climate change and migration, having worked across ten Commonwealth Public Sector agencies including the Attorney-General’s Department, Department of Finance, Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, and the Australian Federal Police.

In 2016, Pierre received an Australia Day Medallion for coordinating the establishment of the Fintel Alliance; a world-first private-public partnership launched by AUSTRAC to combat money laundering and terrorism financing. In 2023, he received a second Medallion for his role in implementing Australia’s National Anti-Corruption Commission.
